    Session Details:

    SESSION I – TAKING CARE OF YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM – APRIL 21 @ 12pm to 1pm

The best way to fight COVID -19 is to keep as healthy as possible. In this session I will cover three evidence-based approaches that can help keep you healthy and bolster your immune system.

SESSION II – DEALING WITH NOT KNOWING – APRIL 28 @ 12pm to 1 pm

It is hard not to know what the future will bring. Mindfulness practices ground you in the present moment, and allow you to keep focus on the things you can control, and help you let go of those you can’t. This is a perfect time to develop inner strength and work toward meaningful growth and self-transformation.

    SESSION III – HAVING A COMMAND OVER ATTENTION – MAY 5 @ 12pm to 1 pm

It’s important to have a command over your attention during this time. We’re spending more time online to access news, entertainment, and shopping. Many of these technological platforms know how to hack your emotions and attention for profit and gain. Learn how to keep technology in balance and bring your attention to the enjoyment of the present moment.

    SESSION IV – FINDING COMPASSION AND JOY – MAY 12 @ 12pm to 1pm

Compassion, gratitude and joy are some of the most important emotions that help foster strength and resilience. Studies show that a positive view of life is a powerful force in not only helping you fight disease, but also in keeping you both physically and mentally healthy.
