This is a simple meditation to focus your attention on your breathing. Its primary goal is to help you focus and concentrate, while helping you relax as you sink into deeper breathing.

Body-Scan Meditation
This meditation helps you relax your body. It can be performed lying down, sitting or in any other posture. Its primary function is to help you become aware and connected to your body. It is also a good meditation to help you sleep.

Mountain Meditation
This meditation will help you learn to simply be and to look within yourself with mindfulness and equanimity.  Learning to watch thoughts and sensations come and go, being totally here in each moment letting whatever arises be without resistance.
